When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and order details. If you subscribe to our list, we collect your email address.

Payment information

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Your full card details are handled directly by that provider — The Raven's Crypt never sees or stores your complete card number.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and ship orders, provide customer service, send order updates, prevent fraud, and — if you've opted in — send occasional news about new releases.

Cookies & analytics

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site traffic. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Sharing

We share information only with the vendors needed to run the store — for example shipping carriers and our payment processor — and only as needed to fulfill your order, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep order records as long as necessary for business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

Email preferences

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time; we'll still send transactional emails about your orders.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
