Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you collect. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

You may return most unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email hello@theravenscrypt.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back before receiving those instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a trackable service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive un-tracked returns.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

Non-returnable items

For quality and copyright reasons, opened or unsealed vinyl, cassettes, and other media, along with any item marked “final sale,” cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (per this policy) and place a new order. Reach out and we'll help.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually help before the order enters processing, but once it has shipped it falls under the return policy above.
