Shipping Policy

We pack every order by hand and ship from the United States. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed and packed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During new releases and the holiday season, processing may take a little longer — we'll always get it out as fast as we can.

Shipping rates & free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your cart and destination. Orders over $50 (U.S.) ship free. We take care to package vinyl and other fragile items securely.

Transit times

Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.

International shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International transit times vary and can take 1–4 weeks. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

Pre-orders

We are not currently accepting new pre-orders. Everything listed in the shop is in stock and ships from our current inventory. If you placed a pre-order with us previously, it is still honored — email hello@theravenscrypt.com with your order number and we'll tell you exactly where it stands.

Lost, delayed, or damaged

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at hello@theravenscrypt.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll make it right.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
